    Small little train station in the middle of Hamilton, close enough to the CBD. Has a bit of character.

    Either Transport NSW has screwed it's workers over and hasn't trained them on opal information or the workers are incompetent. I want to know that if I have trouble with an opal machine I should be able to confidently ask the staff member and not get a "I don't know" response from them.

    Staff here are okay when I've been here but some of them don't have any clue or information about the Opal machines or even Opal

    I don't want to have trouble with the Opal machine and get told to take it up with Opal or have to hunt someone else down for assistance. Train your dam staff on the use of Opal and maybe I'll come back and consider bumping the review up to 4 or 5 stars as everything else about the station is okay in my opinion.
