I recommend Jake to anyone buying a car as the whole process was person centred and I was treated at such an excellent high level of customer service throughout. Jake has gone above and beyond and couldn't ask for anymore.

  Bloke in spare parts wasnt helpfull at all can only search for parts with a vin.Rang booths at Tuggerah.Quoted and sorted in a couple of mins.As i cant reply i quoted to the desk jocky mn 2010 triton 2.5 turbo 16v twin cam 4D56 there is only one of these heads that u guys sell its not rocket science to look that up

  In my opinion, they did everything right from a sales point of view. Advertised the Triton at a very good price, threw in some extras, provided a good rate in the loan and did everything promptly with no attitude, no car yard tricks and with a very friendly approach.

  I dealt with Jake who was a legend throughout the process, he even came in on his day off to make sure that everything ran smoothly driving the car away (what a champion). Ritchie and Crystal were involved in finance and ensuring I was satisfied with the purchase of the car, and they were very friendly to deal with. As far as competitive price and being a happy customer, I couldn't go past Kloster Mitsubishi. It was worth the 7 hour drive to deal with them! Thanks folks
