  Process of purchasing the car was good, I was aware I had to wait for the car I wanted, but after signing the contract there wasn't any contact with me to keep me upto date unless I instigated it. At which time I was told "I was going to ring you today".

  Absolutely love these guys. Never been to a place where I have felt so welcome and comfortable. Greeted by Maddie as I walked in the door of the showroom who made e feel right at home (makes a pretty handy Latte I might add too). Total experience was 5 stars. Went to 2 different Ford Dealers in Sydney who were underwhelming. I guess you would expect nothing less in city like Sydney. If you want a great price and true customer service - give these guys a go.

  Considering I didn't have a prior booking and was traveling through they were able to fit my BF ute in to diagnose and rectify a a couple of misfiring coil packs and repair a solenoid in the gas regulator. The staff were really courteous and helpful and I could not fault the service and cost of the repair. Being a medically retired mechanic I found this very refreshing to see. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

  I bought used mini from there. But it doesn't have log book. And I ask for log book. They told me service history on the car screen loooooooool. "Very nice" explained.

  Once my car had arrived in the country the process was quite good, and delivery day was good, all things explained and I was shown how to access the technology.
